3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24hrs in advance. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the activity may be subject to a cancellation fee or a forfeit of the payment.

3.2. Weather Conditions
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the activity for safety reasons. In such cases, a rescheduling option will be provided.

3.3. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled activity without prior notice may result in a forfeiture of the booking fee.
